Maybe AN is a troll too agreeing with the fans who booed

The f**king legend!

Neil revealed afterwards he shared the fans? frustration during a one-side first half.

?You could sense a bit of unrest in the fans and what happened that bled into the players. They looked a bit timid and scared to express themselves,? he said. ?That wasn?t good enough. Fans will respond to what they see and in the first half they were not happy. When the boys went out and gave them a performance and gave them something to shout about they responded and gave the boys the full backing they deserved. The catalyst is always going to be the players. If they can show effort and endeavour that fans want then they will respond likewise.

?We were fortunate only to be 1-0 down. I have been involved in games like that before. It was polar opposites really. First half, I felt Everton could have been leading two or three. They were the better side. Our intensity was poor. We had a chat at half-time. It was a good discussion in terms of where we are and what is acceptable. All the questions I posed to them at half-time they answered. Whatever gets said in the changing room stays there but you can imagine I was not best pleased with the performance. The intensity was better, getting the goal early helps us, our use of the ball and belief in ourselves grew as the game wore on.?
