I think he left Hamilton as there was little left he could achieve with them

Once he feels the same with us and a bigger opportunity presents itself I expect him to leave

However the board has a big responsibility in giving him the resources he needs to keep improving is so that he see's more potential in us and stays until he has achieved all he realistically can do with us
