loyal is one one thing i don't think he will be

he said when he took the job one of the reasons was a former hamilton boss was offered the swansea job ( date unknown ) and turned it down , unfortunately it never worked out for him staying at hamilton and he regretted not taking the swansea job

that was one reason he took the Norwich job , so if/when a bigger club comes along i expect him to go
