Who was Milky phoning at the end?

Here?s my guess.....

Shaun goes to college and get?s back together with Smell they are happy
Kelly OD?s finding it all too much to cope with
Milky confronts Combo armed with a knife, Woody and Lol try to break up the fight, in the struggle Lol is fatally wounded

Fade to black......

Credits with black and white photographs taken by Shaun showing the future...(in a six feet under way)

Lols funeral (she?s at peace now) grave next to Kelly?s (menacing shot of the Dad in the distance)
Woody and Milky together in their new scooter shop
Gadget and Harvey still in the flat spaced out
Combo back in prison (offence unknown)
Shaun & Smell?s wedding with remaining gang

The End

Final scene revisiting the struggle with Milky and Combo and shows that Lol actually plunged the knife into herself to escape her demons

or, they all live happily ever after, I'm hoping but can't see it myself
