"Parking Charge Notice"
Anyone else received a letter from one of those cowboys (eg CP Plus)? A month ago I for nipped into to a town centre car park with number two child desperate for (the irony) a number two, leaving the car for no more than 20 mins. Have now been charged ?50 for the privilege and while countless websites tell me they can't enforce it as it's not a legal fine, others tell of debt collection agencies and a fight not worth having. Tempted to pay for a quiet life but then that's exactly what makes these bullies exist. And bullies, as we all know, should be taken outside and shot. Thoughts or advice oh Wrath?
