That is an absolute load of s**te & typical socialist thinking.

The pie is NOT of a fixed size. The justification for 'capitalism' (whatever that is) is that it's the best means yet found to make the pie bigger. Thus even the 'losers' get more stuff.
Which, again, is another complete failure of left wing thought; poverty is not relative, it's absolute. Otherwise you end up with the ludicrous situation where I am in poverty because I live in a 3 bed semi & drive a BMW X3, Nissan for the Mrs., while my neighbour has a 10 bedroom detached mansion, a Lear jet, a Porsche & a Bentley.
At present too many people haven't got a pot to urinate in, but that's absolute, not relative.
