I think we have a great manager, a s**t exec team.

Commercially McNally is good, I'm not disputing that, but I think too much of our football success is put down to him.

He came in and sacked Gunn, replaced him with Lambert. That decision almost alone got us to the Premier League and fair play for that, but since then I think we've made some weird decisions.

Lambert left because he didn't like the board's transfer policy. They hired Hughton and our signings under him were par at best, probably a bogey. Don't think we've sold a signing for a profit at all?

They then held on to Hughton for way, way too long and didn't replace him. In fact, they did the same thing they'd rectified at the start (hiring a club legend instead of a manager).

Again though, a great manager was pulled out of the bag and full credit for that but this summer looks like board incompetence to me, awful kits and poor performance in the market so far. Hopefully I'm just overly worrying and we'll drop ?15m on 2 or 3 great starters soon. Mulumbu was a great pick-up
