Winter fuel allowance

That housing programme on the telly showed that there are people who take the cash, put it in the bank or give it to their grandchildren, don't heat their houses, then get mouldy or damp houses and then the council have to pay to rehouse them or fix their houses. That's fked up.

Don't give them cash then. Talk to the utility companies about special tariffs for them or, better still, nationalise them and give them free fuel.
