Box kept screwing up. Told Sky I was cancelling. They arsked why. I said box was up the pole but wasn't prepared to pay for engineer. They said no worries we'll send one for free. When engineer came, he just swapped box old one for new one from the back of the van. Plus as a bonus, he swapped the dish for a new one cos he said old one looked a little rusty.
