Would be interesting to see some numbers around BME applications for roles

And their subsequent success levels against white Candidates.

Would show if applications are being ignored in higher numbers than those of white applicants.

I do think a change needs some encouragement but always a little nervous to presume a lack of representation must be racially motivated.
