Ridiculous....I don't know anyone who gives a toss what colour someone's skin or ethnic

background is when managing or coaching at their football club and I would assume and hope that clubs feel the same. Did anyone on here really even think when Hughton was our manager 'oh look we have a black manager' because I didn't. Many clubs are now owned by foreign investors & I cannot imagine the likes of Leicester, QPR etc thinking oh 'I must employ a white guy'. People should be employed on their skills and what they can offer....this really smacks of a hammer to do what a nutcracker could.
