A few years ago there was the Charlton model.........

And Fulham dont look in great shape going forward. Not even close to being championship contenders.

I can see WBA getting relegated in the next 2-3 years. They have done well with managers and loan signings in recent years but I still cant see them getting higher than mid table at best with most years fighting against relegation.
