Rightly or wrongly, I most closely associate Norwich

with West Brom. Financially they are no powerhouse but are very slowly progressing foward where they are close to making it into tier 2 of the Premier league. Probably a bit boring existence for the fan but absent of the annual worries over relegation. Tier 2 i think is the long term goal and realistic for this club. Mcnally's 7 year plan might be more like a 10-15 year plan.
