There maybe a recovery disc for your machine. If you find the uk number to ring microsoft, they were quite helpful when I called them

If you search ebay for windows 7 installation disc, make sure it matches the exist win7 you have. (eg if it's dell windows 7/hp windows 7, you need that disc. Or if it's windows 7 professional, don't rely on windows 7 home premium working. Your code matches your exact version of windows 7)
