just so I can understand correctly....

if i state that in my opinion channel 4's coverage of italian football, on a sunday afternoon in the 90's pre-sky, was "dull as f**k as italians seemed to pass the ball 8 times without leaing the centre circle" - is that "racist" to italians, or a simple opinion that the football was boring in that particular league in that particular country?
