Football, as an industry is about as diverse as they come (in racial terms anyway)

The black population is heavily over represented in terms of the top players professional football and i'd imagine those coming through the youth ranks. In a few years time the high number of black professional footballers will no doubt translate into more black managers some of whom will be good and some of whom will be sh*t.

Football is such a "win at all costs" sport that i really don;t believe that black managers don;t get jobs or don;t get considered for jobs because they are black.

As for the metro incident the chant was moronic in the grand scheme of things its all pretty small scale stuff when you compare to what goes on in spain, italy and eastern europe.
