I'm not having that! Its ruining sections of 3x neighbours lawns

etc and the person who's tree it is has no sun in their garden, I've been upstairs and watched him and his wife try and follow the sun around with their loungers in a futile attempt to get some vitamins into their pasty pallid bodies. No, they're being tight, and the tree needs toppling. 'Right to light' not only sounds really catchy but legal, so I'm going with that approach.
