I really don't understand why we have to sell to buy...

We got good money for Fer and Snodgrass, a good loan deal for the Wolf, got them all off our wage bill together with Pilks (1m), and also Bassong and E. Bennett for a good period while they were on loan.

That's 16m in transfer fees plus wage savings, plus the loan fee for Ricky.

We spent 7m-ish plus whatever Lafferty cost and whatever the Hooiveld loan deal cost.

We are still filling Carrow Road. TV Money is down but we have parachute payments.

Unless of course the compensation to Hughton and Adams, and to Hamilton for O'Neil, is preventing us from buying players...

Anyone know how this Louis Thompson we bought and loaned back to Swindon is getting on ?
