But, I do hope Neil is given at least some backing this window if he requests it.
To give his predecessor good funds to spend, and to then expect a turnaround without letting him choose his own players for his preferred system wouldn't really be fair. I hope it's all a bit of spin and he's got people lined up already and the go ahead to make offers for them
