It's a bold appointment

But one I think could work out really well. My one concern is his age and how reliant the team were on the artificial surface. But he seems to have that something about him which top managers have. His players seem to absolutely adore him and he looks to have had a great relationship with his chairman and directors. Perhaps the comparison with Clough is a tad premature but I'm pleased about this. Very pleased indeed! And there was me going back to wanting Warnock!!!
