Broadly agree

with what you are saying about not being to review every case, but looking at the facts of this case it's impossible not to seriously doubt the conviction - at least on the surface. I thought so at the time and I think so now. I'm no expert on criminal law or the specific role of any of the bodies involved in reviewing this case so it seems I'm looking at it probably broadly from the same viewpoint as you.
