what do you think the solution is?

Do you think it will help the club if the fans turn on another manager and try to hound him out? Or do you think we should be demanding that the board resign?

Would things be better if we somehow tried to get a billionaire owner? Because lots of clubs have tried to risk all to break the glass ceiling and have ended up in a much worse position.
