The problem for me

is that when you start mixing alcohol with non-alcoholic stuff, it leaves a memory residue that then rears up at inopportune moments.

Many years ago I woke with a dreadful hangover to get some breakfast at a friends house and unbeknownst to me the marmalade was flavoured with whisky.

I promptly vomited and subsequently suffered a pavlovian wariness of the orange stuff for years.

So it's a no from me.
