Business on the board. McNally? No CEO should stay at any company beyond 5 years. He's way past his sell-by date, and way too powerful. Bowkett? Helped chase Lambert away, then spouted the most unbelievable, objectionable bollocks in the summer when Adams was appointed.
Neither are fit for purpose. They were once - but like almost all football managers, they aren't now. Amongst the many things I was most appalled by in the summer was that no new people with new ideas were brought in. We need that, urgently.
