His teams get bad rep but don't play hoof ball all the time like the critics lead you to believe. Played some decent footy with palace last year at times. He adjusts tactics to suit the opposition, you aren't going to beat arsenal and chelsea playing it on the floor. He builds a team that plays for each other which is something we can only dream of currently.
