excel

click on a spare cell on excel, and click the equal (=) sign. after doing that click on the first cell with the track length and then press the plus button on the keyboard (+). after doing that click on the next cell with the track length and keep doing that untill you have selected all of the cells with the track length. then press the return button and you will get your total.
