thats exactly why I didn't want Adams appointed, we had an under structure

Adams and below were working brilliantly on the Youths, whilst learning the game, I saw Adams being our Manager in about 5-years time and being manager for many years after that, we done it all to early, now when Adams is dismissed were does he go were does the backroom team go? because the new broom will want there own team from tea lady to coach & we have lost a talented coach who wasn't quite ready to manage a club, who after relegation desperately needed a strong decisive leader of a manager.
