The roth spoke (and perhaps as important, it's what Mrs Hawes wants).

Leccy oven. Integrated big old fridge (freezer downstairs). I Have Chosen.

Sadly, building work already impinging on quality of life. Fuses gone and won't switch back - no hot water this morning. Sigh.
