With the type of wingers that Redmond & Murphy are I think it would work.

They can go past people and cut inside, they can support Jerome, they don't always have to be stuck right out on the wing, getting to the byline and crossing the ball in. They should be used dynamically, not in a fixed rigid way.

I could most definitely see it working.
