Rather another striker than Wes!

What's the point of having Josh and Redders getting to the byline and putting crosses in if they've only got Jerome to aim at?
Wes is only of any use in a narrow diamond - either play wingers or Wes. Never both.
And the wingers are much more dangerous than Wes.
