How do I get chatting to women on the train?

Good to be back here, I've been very busy lately and unable to commit to posting on here. Fortunately I am back for you all now.

There's a girl I see on the train, we make the exact same journey, we even walk to the station the same way. I love her. I can't speak to her on the train, I'm uncomfortable. I have tried though, I even sat down next to her on a near empty train last week but didn't even look at her let alone speak, just sat in awkward silence and shamefully got off a stop early.

I'm thinking of walking behind her (not following) on the way home tomorrow, composing my thoughts for a few moments. Then I accidentally bump into her (gently) whilst overtaking and looking at my phone and I say "Oh, sorry!" and get chatting from there.

But I'm willing to listen to more ideas.
