Suffolk Constabulary clearly taking the piss

They were wholly and utterly responsible last time around. As well as their idiotic treatment of Norwich fans responsible for people getting into the ground late, there was a complete lack of segregation outside the ground. They made a big enough f**k up of trying to decide when to hold the game in the first place this year and writing to landlords putting the emphasis on people who are trying to make a living which is hard enough as it is seems like passing the buck to me.
