Her living arrangements must have done your head in anyway. You both had years to change that situation. How many more years were you expecting to put up with that !?!

Eventually you will be relieved not to have that complicated baggage.

You are now in a far better situation to be with someone better.

Stay cool. Never appear to be desperate.

If she hears that you are getting on with your life and being social then it will do her head in wondering if she has made a mistake.

When she comes knocking on your door (one day she will) just listen. Be polite but don't get involved again.
