If he has this "rolling" one year contract and its "too expensive" (whats more expensive then, sacking him, or getting relegated again?) to sack him, then, presumably, in six months, one year, two, three years time, it'll still be the old "rolling" contract and he'll prove as difficult and expensive, if not, MORE expensive to shift than he is now?
Its a job for life isn't it?
