Anyone off of wrath know about walls and things?

My house has walls that are rendered and there are cracks forming in certain places.

A wall specialist company came to look at our house for free and surprise surprise their conclusion was the walls are damp and one day will fall down and I'll have a huge problem on my hands.

All I need to do is pay ?18k and they'll sort it. And guess what, they'll give me ?6k cash back too if I do it THAT WEEK.

So I ignored them and hoped they would go away.

They came back again 3 months later and guess what, they can do it for a SPECIAL LIMITED PRICE of ?6k. Don't tell anyone though.

"It's up to you Charles, if you don't use us, I don't care, just get it done as this is urgent"

My question is this: Who can I get round to look at it who will give me an independent but correct opinion?
