I can't help but agree with this

I think he's a very skilled player, and needs to beef up but most importantly get his head straight.

However, his head is evidently not straight just now and I wouldn't start him again this term. Rather I'd get him to a sports shrink and look to get him on form for next season (I think he's nailed on to still be with us: no-one's going to buy him if we go down or if we don't; and I still think there's a great player in there somewhere if the coaching staff can unlock it).
