first thing id do is:
get rid of hughton
get rid of Calderwood (who I put most of the blame on)
get rid of trollop
sell off/release:
Ricky
fox
bechio
Johnson
nash
Elmander
Gary Doh
Turner
get a decent manager with form for playing decent attacking footy
sign some players with prem experience by spending some decent dollar given our lack of debt
