I would want Hughton replaced

at a time when I feel that the probablity of his replacement doing better than him is at least 50%.

I think it would make no sense to replace him now (because I don't think we'll get relegated under him so it's not worth the risk), but in the summer, as long as there are decent options available, I wouldn't object to him going.

He may well have to go in the summer anyway, because of the Stalinist revisionism of many of our fans.
