My overriding feeling is just that something's not quite right

Whether its tactics, motivation or mindset too often than not one or more of the above just isn't quite right and I just don't feel that will change with this management team. I think Hughton is obviously a nice guy and the players clearly don't dislike him but I do feel that they don't necessarily buy in to some elements of his philosophy or really see him as a leader who inspires them.

We don't get points from matches we don't deserve and we don't get all of the points we do deserve which is a frustrating combination.
