Absolutely agree with you 99% but think Elmander could do a job with another striker (ideally Hooper) alongside him, and I really don't get the Snoddy bashing - agreed he's not been up to much on too many occasions this season, but who has? Again, blame Hughton and blame the coaches.

Hopefully a change will come soon, but I fear it's far far too late already.
