in fairness strikers don't come cheap

and don't tend to be available unless they are out of favour.

And you can buy an expensive one from abroad only to discover that their only talent is being a great mover but who can't control a football.

The biggest problem remains not picking Wes/buying an attacking midfielder I think. Although having distinctly average strikers doesn't help for sure.
