it's more the agents - Kia Joorabchithingy was involved in MSI (the company that owned Tevez) was also rumoured that Boris Berezovsky was part of it as well - so I'm not really surprised Roman's thought it a good idea (if true)

It'll only stop if FIFA ban it - and we know that won't happen any time soon (I think it's only the PL that have banned it?)
