- Must have two central midfielders at all times
- Must all stay in our little zones at all times
- Full backs must take all throw-ins at all times
- Ball must always be allowed to go out of play in our defensive third
- Snodgrass must take all corners, all free kicks, and never be rested no matter what
- Not getting beat is more important than trying to win
When the double sending-off happened, the camera panned to Hughton on the touchline. I swear I could see him thinking "how do I keep this tight and preserve the clean sheet?" A better manager would've seen the opportunity of winning the game and gone for it: exactly as you've suggested.
