If he is staying surely the board need to say something??? Sack him or back him essentially.

West Ham had a couple of humpings and The board publicly backed him and are further backing him with transfers etc. There seems to be a worrying bury heads in the sand mentality engulfing our club/situation at the moment.

We have 2 massive home games coming up and as things stand the atmosphere is dreadful. Need some leadership from somebody
