What total nonsense.

'pseudo-technical garbage about formation or tactics', are you genuinely serious? Do you have any understanding of football? Here's a suggestion, perhaps we passed the ball better today because we had Wes in the team who was given freedom to go looking for the ball rather than, as against Fulham, being totally rigid with the only out ball a hoof up to Elmander.

This is something that annoys me about the inners, whenever we play badly it's all because of the players not turning up and it's nothing to do with the manager, when we play well it's all down to Hughton and it's a 'credit' to him. If formation and tactics are as trivial as you make out why not get rid of a manager and hire a f**king motivational speaker to gee them all up before kick off and let the players do whatever they want. Can you please explain to me, if there's nothing wrong with the manager, and the Fulham game is just a one off you put down to a bad day for the players, why it is that our win percentage is barley above 25% this season? I have no idea how you can so stubbornly support a manager who is leading us into another relegation battle with our most expensive squad ever, in a season for which the aim was to finish top half, and under whom possibly our best performance of the season still results in a loss.

And one more thing, clearly the Welbeck substitution made a huge difference, and, as we've seen before (Cardiff) Hughton is incapable of changing a game once it's started even when the momentum is visibly slipping away.
