Am in the process of moving from Sky to Plusnet

Sky are muppets. Had numerous bad experiences with them in the past and told them straight up.
Your MAC should be delivered by email within 2 hours or even over the phone at the time of the call, however it took them over a week after numerous complaints and badgering.
They're still calling me trying to get me to stay!

Plusnet seem to get good reviews and with their current offer and a ?100 cashback through Quidco, it works out at just under ?25pm for unlimited fiber broadband and a phone line.
