This is very interesting stuff, not just as it's 1p5wich but for all UK clubs

I'm no accountant, but I feel sure if any other business had debts like this they would have closed years ago.

How do they get away with it? can Evans just take the hit and wipe the slate clean at some time? or is it against the law to make the debt go away?
