under Consumer Protection Regs and SOGS, and any fault that occurs in that time shall be presumed to have been present at point of sale and the burden of proof is on the dealer to prove otherwise.

I suspect you know more than me though. And no not "Trade Sale" reasonable size independent dealer (i.e. 200+ cars)
