and that was what McNally was saying - he was commenting on Stokes achievement from Champs to established Prem Side. He didn't mention tactics or style, simply that stability in a club is essential to achieve success.

He is the CEO after all, I'm sure he'd like to see flowing football but I'm also sure that he would settle for Prem survival
