I think a lot of the thing is that there are just so many loan signings. When we brought in Hucks, crouch, harper, we knew that was it, and they were there for long enough to actually mould into the team. This season we've just chopped and changed all the time and so there's no constancy and probably, as you say, not too much commitment. If you're somewhere for a month, what really are you going to achieve, unless you have the sort of flukey luck that Nielsen had (and remember how his goalscoring seemed to desert him the moment he came in permanently).
So, in summary, prob not great, but we seem to think it's all quite clever.
